2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or by phone.
• A deposit (as specified during booking) is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be made before the ticket or visa is issued.
• Prices are quoted in USD and may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and visa fees are non-refundable once issued unless otherwise stated.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be subject to supplier approval and administrative charges.
• In case of visa rejection or travel restriction, only refundable components (if any) will be reimbursed.
• No refund will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

4. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports (minimum six months validity), Umrah visas, and other required travel documents.
• Perfect Umrah Travel is not responsible for any denial of entry, visa rejection, or deportation by authorities.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with Saudi Arabia’s health, vaccination, and entry requirements.

5. Package Prices and Inclusions

• Packages include only the services listed in the booking confirmation.
• Any additional services such as meals, tours, or room upgrades will incur extra charges.
• We reserve the right to change hotels or airlines with equivalent or better alternatives due to operational needs.

6. Flights and Airlines

• Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines.
• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
• Any changes to flights after ticket issuance may result in reissue fees as per airline policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Perfect Umrah Travel acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (including airline errors, natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics).
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the package.

8. Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
• We recommend consulting a physician before undertaking the Umrah journey.
• Any medical or emergency expenses incurred during travel are the responsibility of the traveler.

• We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in compliance with U.S. data protection laws.
• Your data is used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.

10. Governing Law
